黒川検事長の辞職を政府が承認　後任は林氏で調整

　黒川氏は検事総長らと同じく、任命や退官に内閣の閣議決定が必要な「認証官」。同日午後、天皇が認めて正式に辞職する見通し。政府は後任に、林真琴・名古屋高検検事長（62）をあてる方向で調整している。
